If you're new here, welcome!

I am Megan, founder of Miller Marketing Group!

I enjoy working with business owners who lead with integrity and genuinely want to make a difference with their product or service.

Over the years, I've worked with business owners who are incredible at what they do.
They care about their teams and customers.
They've built strong reputations.
They work hard every single day.

Yet when I speak with them, there is always a gap… a gap between where they are today… and where they want to go.

After more than 17 years in marketing and business, including 9+ as an entrepreneur, I've learned that most business owners don't need more marketing tactics.

They need more clarity.

Which can start with taking time to work on your business vs. solely working in your business.

If you’re a business owner, most likely you’re operating in a whirlwind, and on repeat.
Your days are filled with scheduled activities, putting out fires, and internal team meetings.

Some days are so busy, you don’t have a chance to look up…

When you take time to work on your business, it gives you a fresh perspective to mind the gap… which gives you clarity.

That's why I created the Clarity-to-Action Growth System™.

Because I believe by following my system, business owners can save time, from analysis to action, actually have confidence in their marketing without feeling like they're starting over each month.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to speak at industry conferences, earn recognition for marketing and customer engagement, and help businesses strengthen their messaging, websites, advertising, SEO, CRM, event attendance, content, and measurement.

But the work I'm most proud of doesn't come with an award.
It’s having a business owner genuinely say,

“Thank you, Megan. We now have a plan and know the exact action steps we need to take.”

Or being trusted enough to be their marketing partner long term.

Those moments matter because they lead to something bigger.
More confidence.
Better decisions.
Sustainable growth.

If you're a local business owner in your community, or leading a growing company, my hope is that the ideas I share here help you see your marketing differently and make running your business feel just a little less overwhelming.

Thanks for being here.

I'd love to get to know you.

😅 Things That Can Go Wrong Without an Event Coordinator

No one knows when the cake is supposed to be cut.
The DJ is asking the bride what’s next.
Vendors are looking for someone in charge.
The timeline disappears.
Family members are suddenly running the event.

Meanwhile, the host is answering questions instead of enjoying the celebration.

A good coordinator keeps the chaos behind the scenes so the event feels effortless. ✨

Planner vs. Coordinator… What’s the difference?

This is one of the most common questions people ask when planning a wedding or special event!

✨ Event Planner:
A planner is with you from the beginning. They help with the entire process — creating the vision, setting the budget, finding and booking vendors, managing timelines, and making sure every detail comes together beautifully. Think of them as your guide from the first idea to the final send-off.

✨ Event Coordinator:
A coordinator typically steps in closer to the event. Their job is to make sure all the plans you’ve already made run smoothly on the day of the event. They communicate with vendors, manage the timeline, and handle any last-minute issues so you can actually enjoy your day.

💡 In simple terms:
A planner helps you plan it, and a coordinator helps you run it.

Both are incredibly valuable — it just depends on how much help you want during the process.

If you’re planning a wedding, party, or special celebration and want to talk about what option is best for you, I’d love to help!

Did you know that a large percentage of couples now use a planner or coordinator for their events?

Across the U.S., about 30% of couples hire a full-service wedding planner, and up to 40% bring in a day-of coordinator to manage the timeline and vendors. (ZipDo)Some industry studies even show well over half of couples use some level of professional coordination to help their event run smoothly. (Gitnux)

And here in Parker County, where weddings, parties, and community events are often hosted at ranches, outdoor venues, and private properties, having someone oversee the details can make a huge difference.

A planner or coordinator helps with:• keeping the timeline on track• coordinating vendors• solving problems before anyone notices• allowing you and your family to actually enjoy the event

Because the truth is — when you’re the host, you shouldn’t also have to be the one running the entire show.

If you're planning a wedding, party, or special celebration in or around Parker County, having a professional coordinator may be the best investment you make for an stress-free event
