I am Megan, founder of Miller Marketing Group!

I enjoy working with business owners who lead with integrity and genuinely want to make a difference with their product or service.

Over the years, I've worked with business owners who are incredible at what they do.

They work hard every single day.

Yet when I speak with them, there is always a gap… a gap between where they are today… and where they want to go.

After more than 17 years in marketing and business, including 9+ as an entrepreneur, I've learned that most business owners don't need more marketing tactics.

Planner vs. Coordinator… What’s the difference?

This is one of the most common questions people ask when planning a wedding or special event!

✨ Event Planner:
A planner is with you from the beginning. They help with the entire process — creating the vision, setting the budget, finding and booking vendors, managing timelines, and making sure every detail comes together beautifully. Think of them as your guide from the first idea to the final send-off.

✨ Event Coordinator:
A coordinator typically steps in closer to the event. Their job is to make sure all the plans you’ve already made run smoothly on the day of the event. They communicate with vendors, manage the timeline, and handle any last-minute issues so you can actually enjoy your day.

💡 In simple terms:
A planner helps you plan it, and a coordinator helps you run it.

Both are incredibly valuable — it just depends on how much help you want during the process.

And here in Parker County, where weddings, parties, and community events are often hosted at ranches, outdoor venues, and private properties, having someone oversee the details can make a huge difference.
