Monica C. Marshall, President/CEO and Self-proclaimed "Sweet & Savory Concoctionist", has been cooking and baking since the tender age of twelve. I am a very passionate, self-taught Cook that has also worked in the Wedding and Event Planning industry which sparked my interest in Decor and Design. I know this may sound cliché but it’s the truth, after working for others in the industry I said to myself you can do this and the idea of Tastetasies was born.
When I decided to chase my dreams, I can recall the excitement just as if it happened yesterday, I immediately thought what will I call the business? It has to be something catchy, but with meaning, and since my main goal when I cook and present food is of course presentation, but then thought TASTE is really important to me. I came up with the name Tastetasies which was formed by putting two words together TASTE and fanTASIES, hence Tastetasies. Since the evolution of Tastetasies, I have gone from chasing my dreams to manifesting them and although the journey hasn’t always been easy it has been necessary.
Our all-time goal is to take your taste buds on a joyous fantasy weather you are eating a sweet or savory dish. Tastetasies goes above and beyond for our Clients so they too can have the guest EXPERIENCE! So when you have your next event, be it large or small, give us a call and leave the formalities to US.....because we put LOVE in everything we do!
