✨ Important Update from Our Kitchen ✨
Over the last few weeks we’ve tested out Taco Tuesday, Smoke House Thursday, and Brunch Sunday. We had so much fun with these pop-ups, and we’re grateful for all of the support and feedback you’ve given us along the way.
After trying them all, we’ve decided the best fit—for both us and you—is to focus on one day a week only: TUESDAY.
Here’s why ⬇️
As many of you know, we are caterers first. Our events, weddings, and private bookings always come first, and those take a great deal of planning, staffing, and preparation. Running three separate service days in addition to our catering schedule stretched our team thin, and we never want the quality of our food or service to suffer.
By moving to just one day a week, we can:
✅ Put the same level of attention and care into our weekly menu as we do into our catering events.
✅ Rotate the menu every Tuesday so you’ll always get something fresh and exciting.
✅ Offer preorders so we know exactly what to prepare and can make it exceptional.
✅ Give early-bird discounts for those who order ahead.
We believe this balance allows us to stay true to who we are—a catering company first—while still offering the community a way to enjoy our scratch-made meals once a week.
✨ And to celebrate, we’re hosting an Open House on Tuesday, August 26 from 11 AM – 3 PM in our new Fredericksburg showroom! Stop by for FREE mocktails and Nana Minnie’s famous cinnamon rolls (first come, first serve), tour the space, and chat with us about your next event.
We’re also booking catering and private tastings now. If you’re planning a wedding, holiday party, or special gathering, come see us and let’s build your menu together.
