National Museum of African American History and Culture’s 10th Anniversary Gala — “The Reunion,” under the theme “Welcome Home: Our Legacy Continues.”
From the grandeur of the National Mall to the energy of The Wharf, this celebration honored a decade of storytelling, preservation, and community. Fourteen million visitors from 200 countries have walked through those doors since 2016 — and the photographs I captured reflect the joy, pride, and unity that made this milestone so special.
Photography isn’t just about capturing moments — it’s about preserving legacy. And this one deserves to be remembered.
