Fox Lea Farm Photography Policy MEDIA PHOTOGRAPHERS Media Photographers representing any form of media must apply for media credentials and approved by Fox Lea Farm.

Credentials are REQUIRED for any on-site photography. FREELANCE, PRIVATE AND PRESS PHOTOGRAPHERS AND VIDEOGRAPHERS Any form of photography or videography that conflicts with the services provided by the Official Show Photographers or Videographers is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, providing galleries to exhibitors for numeration or no numeration, soliciting services or portrait sessions, conducting business either on-site or at an off-site or online. Photographers and videographers must submit a Photography Pass Application.

Photo Pass Applications MUST be submitted for each show individually. Photo Pass Applications MUST be submitted 14 days prior to the competition requesting Photo rights. PR Agencies must provide proof of existing client relationships and details of their intended coverage. All applications must be approved prior to any on-site photography.

Spectator/Hobby Photography Policy Spectators using cameras for their personal, non-commercial use are only permitted to take photographs during special events. Photographs or videos of minors are NOT permitted at any time. No photographs or videos may be taken of adult riders or horses without their verbal permission. No taking of photographs or videos allowed where it may interfere with any of the show’s activities. Personal photographers may only take photographs from designated spectator areas.

Absolutely NO Photos may be taken from within the arena or immediately outside the in-gate or the warm-up areas. Exhibitor Photography Policy Exhibitors or Immediate Family Members using cameras for their personal, noncommercial use are permitted with approved application. Exhibitor photographers may only take photographs from designated spectator areas. Due to safety, absolutely NO Photos may be taken from within the arena or immediately outside the in-gate or the warm-up areas. No taking of photographs or videos where it may interfere with any of the show’s activities.

No Solicitation of Services – Other than the Official Show Photographers, no one may solicit to sell any Photos of any kind, including free photos or videos. No Commercial Use – Images or videos taken on property may not be used for commercial usage. All trade-marks, logos and images of Fox Lea Farm are the sole property of Fox Lea Farm. They may not be used, duplicated or reproduced without written permission.

Flash Photography – Flash Photography is strictly Prohibited at All Times. Drone Use – Drone Usage is Prohibited at All Times on the entirety of Fox Lea Farm Property. This includes but is not limited to all Riding, Barn and RV areas.

We are excited to announce we’ve added a $9,999 Junior/Amateur USHJA National Hunter Derby to Week IX of VET 2026!

To qualify, horse must have shown in a minimum of one other USHJA Derby at VET 2026. (Does not have to be same rider)

ATTENTION VENICE EQUESTRIAN TOUR EXHIBITORS & TRAINERS - In light of recent developments regarding EHV1/EHM in the USA, Fox Lea Farm would like to announce its biosecurity protocols to ensure attendees are prepared. Fox Lea will require for entrance to the showgrounds:

PLEASE BE SURE TO E-MAIL IN ADVANCE OF YOUR ARRIVAL the following documents to [email protected]. We will organize by trainer name (IF YOU ARE YOUR OWN TRAINER, THE FOLDER WILL HAVE YOUR NAME ON IT) in folders. This will help ease the move-in process.
1. Proof of Negative Coggins
2. A letter from your Veterinarian showing, within the last 6 months before coming to the show, proof of Equine EHV1 & EHV4 (Equine Influenza Virus & Equine Herpesvirus) Vaccinations
3. A 14 Day Health Certificate (Applies to In-State Horses As Well)
4. All horses, including Non-Show, must have a Declaration of Health submitted to the stabling office before arrival. The Trainer, Owner, or Agent may list multiple horses on the same form. https://bit.ly/BIOSECURITYFORM
Please keep a chart of your horses' body temperatures during the event for your records. Any temp above 101.5, please report to show management. We will have a veterinarian on-site and, if needed, isolation stalls available for observation.
