Summer tasting season is upon us & we are kicking it off with a trip to the Mediterranean!!! 🌊☀️

This tasting will feature cheese, charcuterie, wine & more from Greece, Italy, France, Spain... think coastal regions, spanish tapas, & bold wines!!! Your ticket includes tasting portions of 4 wines, 8 cheese & charcuterie items, all expertly paired with accoutrements.

We are soooo excited about our Spring Tulsa Farmers' Market Cheese & Wine Tasting tomorrow that we wanted to give you a sneak peek at one of the pairings! 👀

makes some of our favorite cheeses, their marinated chèvre! This Urfa Chili & Lemon flavor has a kick with the bright note of citrus to balance it. Pairing it with the Ercole Rosato that has notes of watermelon & strawberry, with a white pepper finish & some fresh, local veggies & bread we picked up at this morning's mid-week market! My mouth is already watering thinking about this bite 🤤 Featuring beautiful blooms from 🌸

Our Styled Cheese Club boards got a major upgrade this week thanks to these covered faux-slate trays from - this cheese club presentation is intended for those who want to experience our exclusive monthly cheeses, but want it perfectly plated and ready to enjoy! We add some extra charcuterie meats, dried goods and fresh fruit for lots of perfectly paired bites. Now is the perfect time to join cheese club-June fulfillment will happen on 6/19 - just in time for Father's Day weekend!!

Happy Cheese & Cheers Wednesday! It's our favorite week of the month, Cheese Club pickup week!!!! 🎉

This month's lineup is stellarrr & I had to give ya a sneak peek! 👀

Our Standard menu this month includes:
- Fromager d'Affinois Florette, the goat's milk version of a staff favorite cheese 🐐
- Mahón, a new to us Spanish table style cheese from the Isle of Menorca 🐄
- Cave Aged Buttermilk Basque, one of our favorite sheep's milk cheeses that we just got to see up close & personal in the caves at Murray's! 🐑
Both Classic & Premier wines this month are Muscadets, a super underrated French grape 🍇
We will leave the pairings as a surprise for our Club Members! 🤭

It's time for our favorite seasonal tasting!!! Join us Thursday, May 21st as we taste our way through unique cheeses paired with goodies from & other local farms like seasonal produce, local honey, & more. We hosted a summer version of this last year & it was a such a hit, so we had to bring it back for spring! Wines will be spring-inspired easy drinkers, perfect for warm weather 🌤
