What’s it like joining a mahjong league at Mahjong Rodeo? Let’s walk through experience together! 👇🏼
After you purchase your seat on MahjongRodeo.com for either (or both!) of the Tuesday Morning League or the Thursday Evening League, you will receive an email with a calendar invite for each session (so fancy ✨).
When you arrive at The Rodeo Room, there will be drinks and snacks for you to enjoy while finding your assigned table for the session. You will meet lovely, friendly players who are all serious about improving their mahjong game but also are serious about having FUN! 🤩
Everyone begins play at the same time and must complete four games in 2.5 hours. For each mahjong, you can enter your name into a drawing to win prizes throughout the session 🙌🏻. Your glass is refilled, the tiles are shuffling, and you share a few laughs at your table along the way.
Then your scoresheet is given to the friendly proctors who will keep track of everyone’s score throughout the 8 sessions. If you miss a session? No worries! You can send a substitute to play for you for up to 2 games! Off your game one night (or two!)? Your lowest two scores are dropped so it’s like those nights never happened.
Then the winners of each league are announced at a big party after the 8 sessions have concluded. The winners get BIG PRIZES!! 🀄️
