Our Story
Glass City Moonwalk Rentals was started in August of 2012 by a lifelong Toledoan and father of four named Mike. Mike started Riz Pack Entertainment, a local DJ/Karaoke business, in July of 1996. After twenty-plus successful years, he decided to enter the wonderful world of childrens’ inflatables and party rentals. Our main objective while creating the business was to bring good, wholesome fun to childrens’ parties and local events at a fair cost.
During the year before we officially opened our doors, we researched safety, local laws, safety training programs, manufacturers, insurance companies, etc. Months and months went into research to ensure that we would provide the safest, best looking and best quality inflatable equipment to our clients.
All of our team members go through a full training course before they enter delivery routes. Team members are trained on the safe and proper set up and take down of inflatable equipment. They are also trained to look for things that the client would not expect to look for, such as: overhead power lines or trees, underground obstructions, such as: electric lines or irrigation systems.
We find it absolutely necessary to purchase the best quality items from stakes to electrical cords, blowers to dollies, marketing materials to uniforms and so on. Each of these items plays a small part in our day to day operations.
