Chili Relleno Spring Rolls — $12
Golden-fried spring rolls filled with roasted poblano peppers and a blend of creamy cheeses, delivering a perfect balance of crunch and heat. Finished with a silky jalapeño crema drizzle.

Entrées
Chicken Enchiladas — $20
Three tender chicken enchiladas wrapped in soft corn tortillas, smothered in a zesty house mole sauce and blanketed with melted cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Served with traditional Spanish rice and refried beans, finished with crumbled cotija and fresh scallions.

This is not your normal New Year’s Eve—you’re joining us for a night of 3-course dining, interactive comedy chaos, where families fight, shrimp flies, and nobody knows who the hell invited Uncle Tony… and now you’re part of it, like it or not.

🕕 THE EVENING’S DOWNWARD SPIRAL (AKA THE TIMELINE):

🕕 6:30 PM — Doors open
Show up early to mentally prepare for the evening’s family drama and practice your “Oh no she didn’t!” face.

🍽️ 7:30 PM — Dinner Served
Choose your fate:
🥩 Prime Rib (for people who came hungry AND dramatic)
🍤 Baked Stuffed Shrimp (for the fancy ones who judge everyone)
🍗 Chicken Marsala (for the reliable folks who hold this family together)

🎭 8:30 PM — The Show Begins
This is where things get real. Don’t be surprised if you suddenly become the long-lost cousin or the best man.

🎭 THE SHOW:
You’ll become a guest… a cousin… a bridesmaid… maybe even the scandal everyone gossips about for years. Expect laughter, chaos, and the most entertaining dysfunction you’ve ever witnessed.

🎧 AFTER THE SHOW — THE AFTER PARTY FROM HELL (OR HEAVEN):
The DJ drops bangers, drinks flow, dignity fades, and the dance floor becomes the birthplace of both bad decisions and legendary stories.

A complimentary champagne toast as we drop-kick 2025 into history and welcome 2026 knowing nothing in the coming year will top tonight’s chaos.
