HERMINE and PRESTON

"I first saw Katie working for Senator Braun. I said I've gotta find a way to talk to this girl.
I had reached out to her boss at the time, and said, 'Hey, I have this kid who wants to intern for Senator Braun, and I'd love to pass his résumé along to Katie.'
It was a foolproof plan! (guests laugh)
And her boss said, 'Well, why don't you just send it to me?'"
