This Wizard of Oz–themed event was equal parts bold, whimsical, and totally unexpected—with a little Emerald City magic, a lot of personality, and details that made guests feel like they had stepped right into Oz.

We’re proud to spotlight the incredible custom decor, printing, and fabrication work our team at Parties & Props Event Production Group created for BCI’s annual Derby After Dark Gala & Auction! 🏇✨

From concept to installation, this event was filled with one-of-a-kind custom touches designed to create an unforgettable guest experience.

Our team produced:
• Two giant custom-fabricated horseshoes
• A Kentucky Derby-inspired starting gate entrance
• A fully custom photo booth experience
• A custom wager window installation
• Large-format printed graphics & branded event signage throughout the space

This project was a perfect example of how custom fabrication and high-impact printing can completely transform an event environment.
