STRAP IN, SNOW BUNNIES — IT’S TIME FOR THE AVALANCHE FOOD DROP

Because listen… you cannot fully appreciate whatever chaos Raven is stirring, shaking, torching, or summoning behind the bar without some winter comfort food to keep your soul (and stomach) from sliding off the mountain.

And who’s back for their second year?

THE TABLE STL.

Yes. Them.

The ones you have been demanding — violently, loudly, relentlessly — since Avalanche ended last year.

We heard you. We got the hints. The DM threats. The Yelp poetry. They’re back.

And their menu?

Absolutely. Freaking. Legit.

VEGETARIAN (OR MAKE IT VEGAN OR MAKE IT FOR A CARNIVORE) – Red and black beans, secret seasoning blend, sour cream, shredded cheese, scallions.

VOODOO GUMBO – Cajun shrimp and chicken, okra, peppers, onions, secret seasoning, served with a hot honey cheddar biscuit

BRISKET SANDWICH & TOTS – Smoked brisket, smash sauce, Korean pickles, Korean BBQ, smelted cheese, crispy tots.

K-BOX – Hibachi fried rice with egg, teriyaki chicken and brisket, shrimp tempura, edamame, rangoon, sweet and sour.

VEGETARIAN FRIED RICE – The Table STL’s famous STL-style fried rice with onions, peas, carrots, scallions, crispy garlic crunch.

It’s about to go down the bunny slope of flavor, do a double black diamond of deliciousness, and land straight into a hot cocoa finish line.

🥃 ICY WHAT YOU DID THERE – An Old Fashioned upgrade. 4 Roses Bourbon, house-made maple simple, spiced pear liquor, and a secret blend of bitters. Hits harder than your first snowball of the season

☕ BLACK DIAMOND –  Espresso, house-made chai spiced honey simple, coffee liqueur, house-made chili tincture, and Encrypted vodka. AKA: spicy, smooth, and zero patience for boring

🍸 SKI YA LATER – Elderflower liquor, fresh cranberry, Cava, and soda water. Can be made non-alcoholic, but still fancy enough to make your friends jealous

🥥 IT’S SNOW JOKE – House-made dairy-free nog vibes with coconut milks, cream, maple, and a blend of house-made spices. Non-alcoholic option included — everyone deserves to feel festive.

🍊 BUNNY SLOPE – Juicy grapefruit, house-made vanilla thyme simple, topped with soda water. Refreshing, sassy, and totally ski-lift approved.

🍪 FRESH POWDER – House-made non-alcoholic amaretto simple, house-made non-alcoholic coffee liqueur, heavy cream, caramel, and a Biscoff cookie rim. Dessert in a glass, no judgment.

The Burnout Market is happening and tickets are basically running faster than you sprint to the coffee shop on Monday morning. $5 gets you in, or bring a donation for the Food & Diaper Banks of Greater STL and get in FREE — yes, really. You’re welcome.

This market is for the people already burned out before “burnout season” even exists. You know the drill: grab your go-to coffee (or a craft coffee cocktail from Raven Weinrich, queen of caffeinated magic), do your pre-shop car ritual like a tiny boss, maybe sneak an edible or two (because we see you), and stroll through the shops like the small-business-supporting legend you are.

From the minds of Braden STL and Raven of Work & Leisure, Avalanche is returning for its 4th year, bigger, brighter, and more unforgettable than ever. Over the past three years, STL has experienced Avalanches filled with incredible food, inventive drinks, immersive activations, and a festive energy that only grows each year — and this year, we’re taking it to a whole new level.

Expect FETE Booth with a photo booth and a striking backdrop perfect for capturing memories, 4 Hands Brewing and 1220 Spirits serving a selection of beer and cocktails, and The Table, bringing back the most popular pop-up food window from past years. Chef Liz Schuster and her team will be creating epic holiday party meals that blend creativity, flavor, and festive cheer. Little surprises and activations will be sprinkled throughout the month to keep the experience fresh, exciting, and fully immersive.

Avalanche caters to all guests, including the non-drinkers, sober-curious, and lightweights. Our beverage program, led by Raven, Chief Mixologist & Beverage Director, includes imaginative mocktails, house-made non-alcoholic coffee liqueurs, tinctures, bitters, and other innovative creations. For those looking for a traditional buzz, Mighty Kind and Gigli will provide a full selection of drinks.

Located at 3015 Locust Street in Midtown, just a few blocks east of Saint Louis University and the Fox Theatre, Brennan’s Work & Leisure started as side project from the team at Brennan’s in the Central West End neighborhood of Saint Louis, MO. Kevin Brennan, Tim O’Connor and Jordan Renaud envisioned a place where colleagues and friends could blend the lines of work and leisure.

From a conference room with visual displays to a bocce ball court, Work & Leisure offers comfortable, modern gathering spaces and private offices with all the amenities for work and play.

With more than 6,000 square feet, Work & Leisure features an eclectic public cafe, grab and go goods, a restaurant and bar, a dynamic event venue and workspace.

Though we offer memberships to our workspace, you don’t have to become a member to enjoy coffee, breakfast snacks and lunch during the day, or drinks, appetizers, and shuffleboard or bocce ball into the night. Check out our hours of operation before heading this way.
