What a wonderful day at Mahala Springs & Farm! 🌿

We were delighted to welcome 50 homeschoolers and their families from Robertson County, TN, for a day of learning, exploring, and enjoying the outdoors.

Students learned about the seasons, the fascinating history of our ancient spring and the civilizations that once depended on it, and artifacts discovered here. They also got to learn about native pawpaw fruit and, of course, meet the goats of Mahala! 🐐

Some families stayed afterward to enjoy a picnic in the Garden Park, making a beautiful day even more special.

Thank you to all the families who joined us—we loved sharing the history, nature, and beauty of Mahala Springs & Farm with you! 💚

Hidden beneath century-old trees and paw paw groves, the creek here reaches approximately 4 feet deep, with a naturally beautiful limestone floor beneath the water. After dark, solar lights shine down onto the creek, transforming the lagoon into a magical nighttime retreat. ✨

Our hearts are still full from Monday evening’s beautiful ‘Women in Business’ gathering here at Mahala Springs & Farm! 🌿✨

From the fresh salad bar, meditation nature walk, yoga, massage, and a deeply restorative sound bath by the creek, each part of the evening was created to nourish the body, quiet the mind, and feed the soul. 💛

We are so grateful to every woman who joined us and brought her presence, energy, laughter, and spirit to Mahala Springs & Farm. Seeing women step away from the busyness of everyday life to connect with themselves, with one another, and with nature is exactly the kind of experience we love creating here. 🌾

Thank you to everyone who helped make this evening so meaningful. We feel incredibly blessed to share this special place in Robertson County.

And after an evening like this, we can’t help but dream about what’s next… perhaps a women’s retreat at Mahala this fall? 🍂✨

Dogwood Cove is peaceful, secluded, and made for lingering—complete with private creek access, a fire for gathering, and a cooking ring with grill for dinner outdoors.

Tucked beneath a beautiful grove of 25 dogwood trees and positioned to face the sunset, Dogwood Cove is a peaceful little corner of Mahala made for slowing down and settling in.

As evening settles in, gather around the fire, listen to the creek, and watch the last light of the day filter through the dogwoods. 🌅🔥

✨ LADIES… IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING! ✨

I have waited a LONG time to host an event like this, and I’m so excited it’s finally coming to life! 💖

This day is all about US—a chance to relax, recharge, connect, and pour back into ourselves! 🌸

Y'all.

This is a Women in Business gathering we've been dreaming up for a while, and we're so grateful to Diana Health for making it happen!

Join us on Monday, August 17th at Mahala Springs and Farm - a hidden oasis just off Highway 49. Wander hiking trails through this beautiful 34-acre retreat, complete with Beaver Dam Creek, rollling hills, limestone cliffs, and plenty of room to slow down for an evening.

Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy guided hikes, chair massages from Renew Massage Therapy, a Thai yoga stretching opportunity from Kula Yoga and Bodywork, and a guided meditation with LAX Holistic Health. (And yes... there may even be a chance to pet some goats.)

But wait... there's more.

We're bringing back a little nostalgia with a build-your-own salad bar inspired by the famous Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar, along with wine, lemonade, seltzers, and plenty of time to visit with incredible women from across Robertson County.
