We want to THANK EVERYONE that came out to see us yesterday! We love meeting new people , seeing friends, and customers we haven't seen in awhile since we started focusing on catering.
We are truly blessed and we thank God for all our opportunities!

Getting ready to kick off our last catering for the 2022 season! We thank all of you who booked us, called, emailed, texted, shared posts, recommended us, spread the word and all the friends and family that encouraged us! We really appreciate you! If the Lord says the same, we'll see y'all next year! And it's not too early to contact us to pencil in your dates for 2023!

We’re truly a mom & pop business, located in Spring, Tx. Ray & Holley McGee, parents to 6!
Juicy Head Crawfish was officially established in 2018 BUT we’ve been providing crawfish boil for friends & family for several years. Each boil seemed to get better and better!
Over the years, family, friends & tasters consistently told us: “You should get serious about this”, “Your crawfish is the best I’ve ever had” or “Would you come boil for us?”. We knew our crawfish was good but the question we wondered was: “How good was it…really?”
So we gathered our courage and decided to put our recipe to the test. We entered the 2018 Exit 73 Battle of the Bugs Cook-off . We competed against 12 other teams. We took the Grand Champion Belt and the People’s Choice award! This was the 1st time the same team had ever won both awards! To come out the gate & win in that fashion made it Craw-Fishall – we were ready to take the next step.
So here we are; providing Juicy Head Crawfish full of flavor and spice – ready & excited to boil for you! For now, we are staying in our wheelhouse; to do what we’ve been doing all along – boiling crawfish for private events -Backyard boils – Birthday Parties – Graduations – Family Reunions. Depending on the location – we’ll even work with you to arrange a meet & drop. Meet & Drop: We boil you up a sack or 2 – meet at a location and we drop off a cooler full of hot juicy head crawfish for you to take back home, to the office, the park or don’t even share it – just eat the whole sack by yourself :-).
