We always look forward to Wednesday. Our version of hump day means a fresh menu and a full fridge. We are trying some new things out today… including a Banh Mi Sandwich!! Come raid our fridge!

It’s hot as Hades out there… let us do the cooking. We just dropped our weekly menu and we might just have some new favorites. The green enchilada sauce features peppers that are locally grown! Thank you Wild Sage Farms for our stunning produce!!

Come down and raid our fridge! The Nashville hot chicken bowl is FIRE!! It’s our take on a better version of the KFC bowl. Mashed potatoes, scratch made gravy, Nashville fried chicken. Ummmm, okay!!

There is so much joy in what we do in the kitchen- the laughter, the late night recipe testing, the little victories when something comes out just right. Every dish that leaves our door is made with care, intention and love. But we’d be lying if we said it was easy. Running a small business has its challenges- the long hours, the balancing act, the constant learning curves. Still, we wouldn’t trade it, because this work is more than just food to us. It’s memories, connections, and community. Thank you for being part of the journey- you’re the reason we keep showing up with passion every single day. 💜
