If you’re looking for an event space to host a wedding celebration, baby shower, birthday party, graduation party, quinceañera, family gathering, or special event, we’d love to hear from you.

A security/damage deposit is required to save your date.

Planning a kids’ birthday party this fall or winter? 🎈
Our Kids Birthday Party Package — $375 is a simple indoor option for younger children who need room to play, run around, enjoy games, or have an approved inflatable setup.

The package includes:
• 30 minutes for setup�• 3 hours of party time�• 30 minutes for cleanup�• Kids’ tables and chairs for up to 20 children�• Adult seating for up to 40 guests�• Open floor space for activities and play�• Exclusive use of the event space

Bring your own decorations and approved vendors to make the party your own. Linens, table runners, balloon décor, backdrops, and other upgrades are available for an additional fee.

Perfect for October through February birthdays when the weather may be too cold or unpredictable for an outdoor celebration. ❄️🎂

We have created a new event inquiry and availability form to make the booking process easier and more organized for our clients.

The form allows you to:

• Review our current rental packages and pricing
• Share your preferred event date
• Tell us your event type and estimated guest count
• Select the package you are interested in
• Review our deposit and booking information
• Provide the details we need to check availability

Once your form is received, we will review your information and contact you regarding availability and next steps.

Please note that submitting the form does not reserve your date. Your date is officially reserved only after availability is confirmed, the rental agreement is signed, and the required security and reservation deposit is paid.

Behind the scenes today at Rio Park Events 🫶🏽

We are getting organized and planning ahead for the rest of our July events.

One of our favorite parts of owning an event space is seeing how each family makes the space their own. So far this summer we have hosted a baby shower, a memorial service, weddings, graduation parties, a family reunion, and a World Cup watch party.
