🌻 S U N F L O W E R S 🌻

Here on the farm we utilize a system called ‘succession planting’ for a few of the varieties we grow, sunflowers being our number one! We chose to succession plant to ensure we have a harvest throughout our growing season.

And well… sometimes things happen 😆 In the midst of our Mother’s Day frenzy I may have overlooked telling this important fact to my hubby who was helping me plant, and what do ya know?! We have 5,000 (or so😅) sunflowers ready to bloom in the next week! 😳

Get ready guys!! These beautiful blooms will be available in abundance at the on Saturday July 5th.

✨ There’s something magical about this flower filled life we live. Amidst the l never ending to-do list of farm chores. There’s always a time of connection, support from friends and fun.

I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to be present in Sophie’s current stage of life. Our days are spent together, when quality time means most. She watches and learns everyday.

The days are long but the years are short. Make it count 💕
