Stand-up comedy is one of the few art forms where if you’re not amazing right now, people act like you’re terrible. Nobody boos a guitarist for a missed note, but if a joke doesn’t land, you feel the whole room turn. I think that’s because people are desperate to laugh; if you can’t deliver it, they feel let down. Comedy has the highest expectations and the lowest patience.

I’ve always loved making people laugh. Life’s too short to get stuck in a career you don’t love, so I chased what makes me happy and now I get to make some extra money to hang out with people and make them laugh.

Comedy became my way of seeing things differently, breaking out of routine, and helping others do the same. I know work and family life can be stressful, so I love being that little break people get to feel good again. ❤️
