We will also have our specially-curated gift boxes with Provence-inspired local fare, cookie boxes, and our fan-favorite Chocolate-Citrus Panettone, a sweet holiday brioche made with fresh orange zest and dark chocolate. Our Buche de Noel, the star of your holiday season spread. Our Buche de Noel is by far one of our most popular holiday orders: our traditional Chocolate is made with German dark chocolate mousse, rolled with a vanilla Génoise sponge cake, and topped with dark chocolate ganache and meringue “mushrooms” to mimic a yule “log” in the forests of Provence. Want something a little more unique for the palette? Try our Chocolate-Spiced Pear Buche, made with vanilla-praline mousse, pear coulis, spiced cake, and a chocolate glaze and candied pears. It’s our last “real” OP Farmers Market of the year… we are taking next Saturday off and then will be back with our fellow vendors on Dec 6th for the OP HOLIDAY MARKET…. to celebrate the “almost” end of the regular season, we are doing TWO SPECIALS this Saturday: Buy two bags of beignet bites & get a complimentary cup of Chocolat Chaud (French drinking chocolate)! And secondly, we are doing an old-school IN PERSON raffle… come to our booth THIS SATURDAY and put your name in for a COMPLIMENTARY THANKSGIVING TARTE (the winner will be drawn at the end of the market and can pick up their tarte on Wednesday Nov 25th)
