I probably wouldn’t have listened, but…
I was a procrastinator and felt like everything was “good enough”
My effort in my relationships, my effort in my work, my effort in life.
I thought I had it all figured out by doing “good enough” at everything.
Turns out you should try harder than that.
I thought I totally knew who I was (lol sure)
It all changed when I got divorced. I had to learn a lot of things at that point.
How to be organized.
How to define myself.
How to be more intentional. With EVERYTHING.
Because “good enough” wasn’t good enough anymore. If I wanted any chance at success, I had to get my head out of my ass and focus.
Because even though I had support from friends and family, no one was going to put in the work for me.
To be a dad
To be a business owner
To be a whole person
I may not have everything figured out now, but at least I know I’m headed in the right direction.
