With so many new faces here, I wanted to take a moment to properly reintroduce myself 🧚🏼
Hi, I’m Andrea ~the “A” in A & R Event Designs. The name represents my husband Ray and I, and what began as a small idea between us has grown into something far more beautiful than we ever imagined.
We launched A & R in January 2021 from our apartment, in the midst of the COVID pandemic. An unconventional beginning, but one that shaped the heart and intention behind everything we do.
I started with floral design, creating lush, romantic arrangements, and soon after we expanded into event rentals. About a year later, we introduced planning and coordination, naturally evolving into a full-service experience.
Today, we offer event planning, floral design, and curated rentals. All thoughtfully designed to feel cohesive, elevated, and deeply personal.
Our work is rooted in a love for whimsical, garden
inspired, and romantic aesthetics. Abundant florals, soft movement, and timeless details that feel both intentional and effortless.
As we’ve grown, so has our team! I like to call them our flower fairies 🧚🏼🧚♀️🧚♂️. They are the heart behind the scenes, bringing each event to life with care and precision. From assisting in floral installations to the smallest finishing touches, they make the magic happen, and I truly couldn’t do this without them 🤍
