One of the most consistent parts of the Real-World Asset Summit is how sponsorships show up.

Across each summit, sponsor presence is designed as part of the environment, not layered on top of it.

That starts early with clear guidelines and a shared visual system that every partner works within. From there, it carries through every touchpoint, from swag to signage to the smaller moments throughout the space.

With a consistent visual language across everything, there’s no visual clutter competing for attention. Instead, it gives each sponsor space to show up more clearly and, in some cases, as a defined part of the environment itself.

The result is not just a cohesive look. It simplifies ex*****on on-site and creates a space that feels easier to move through and spend time in.

The goal is simple. Everything feels aligned.

Right place at the right time is one thing.
Creating something that stands on its own is another.

For the Real-World Asset Summit, that meant translating the same level of intention behind their flagship event in Brooklyn to Cannes, a one-day program with curated panels, thoughtful conversations, and a subtle French Riviera influence (rosé included, of course).

From there, every decision centered on creating a space where attendees could connect, exchange ideas, and build relationships. On site, that looked like:
🤝 A dedicated networking space with all-day refreshments
💺 Flexible seating designed for solo work, one-on-ones, and small group discussions
🌿 Outdoor space that extended the experience beyond the main program
🎤 A speaker lounge designed for prep, reset, and connection
✨ Sponsor presence woven in with purpose

This one felt like a natural fit from the start. 🌉

This June, we’re off to the Fairmont in San Francisco for a 60-person leadership summit — and every detail of this one was chosen with intention.

Why did we choose the Fairmont?

🏛️ It’s historic in the truest sense—the United Nations was born out of a conference held right here in 1945, and presidents have been hosted within these walls. There’s no better backdrop for a leadership summit.

📍 The proximity matters. Sessions are being held at the client’s office nearby, and for attendees exploring the city, the Fairmont sits right in the heart of San Francisco.

💰 The rates that made this an easy yes — negotiated with our client’s budget in mind.

A room block might seem like a small piece of the puzzle — but the details of what you negotiate, and how, are where the real value lives. We advocate for our clients at the table, and we don’t stop at the standard ask. Every decision, big or small, is made with the same level of care.

🇬🇧 Bringing a familiar feeling to a new country.

Our recent Donor Experience Summit in London with marked an exciting step in a partnership we’ve built over several years. Together, we’ve shaped DXS into an experience known for its thoughtfulness—and now, we had the opportunity to carry that same feeling across the Atlantic for the first time.

At the center of every DXS is the same intention: making people feel genuinely considered, from arrival to departure.

In London, that came to life through:
🧳 Branded dopp kits with cashmere socks and elevated chocolates—small comforts designed to travel well
🧢 Embroidered hats, ready and waiting for each guest
📚 Curated books and take-home touches to extend the experience beyond the summit

It’s never about recreating the exact same event in a new place. It’s about preserving the care behind it—so no matter where DXS shows up, it still feels personal.

We built Whoa the same way we build every event—with the people in mind first.

A place where the work is excellent and the people doing it are taken care of. Where a working mom can manage a 200-person internal retreat and still make it to pickup. Where everyone’s life outside of work is just as valued as the work itself.

We’ve had the privilege of planning retreats, executive programs, conferences, and more around the world. And today, as a woman-founded team that happens to be all women, International Women’s Day feels like a good moment to say—we’re really glad we built this.

For Dataro’s Future of Impact AI dinner in San Francisco, our team focused on finding a venue and shaping the flow in a way that encouraged thoughtful conversation and genuine connection.

From the layout to the pacing of the night, we considered every detail to help guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and fully present.

Ten days. Three countries. Two multi-day events. Eight site visits.

While half our team was running Adobe’s Sales Kickoff in Reading, the other half was leading Taulia’s Go-to-Market Kickoff in Lisbon—two multi-day events happening simultaneously. ✨

After wrapping up those events, we headed to Cannes and London to scout venues for upcoming spring events. Site visits like these catch every detail, solve problems early, and make every event run effortlessly for our clients.

Grateful for a team that keeps the details moving, no matter the city, country, or continent. 🌍✈️
