San Diego, you brought the rockstar energy!

A room full of raised hands, big smiles, and a shared purpose—our charitable guitar build brought teams together to create instruments destined to make a difference in the local community.

At Wild Rooster Events, we love giving people something meaningful to build together. Music adds another layer: a chance to spark creativity, encourage self-expression, and pass that joy along to someone else.

From the ballroom to the beach, we were proud to leave a little Wild Rooster spirit in San Diego!

This is what team building looks like when you stop thinking inside the ballroom.

Our Tai Chi By the Sea experience was designed to feel less like a traditional corporate activity and more like something people would genuinely choose to be part of. Guests started with calming Tai Chi overlooking the water, enjoyed herbal tea, then headed out on a guided coastal trail walk to reset, connect, and take in the surroundings.

At Wild Rooster Events, we’ve never believed team building has to mean the same old icebreakers, trust falls, or conference-room activities. We like to live outside the box—creating experiences that blend wellness, adventure, connection, culture, creativity, and a strong sense of place.

Sometimes the best way to bring a team together is simply to give them an experience they’ll actually remember.

Movement.
Herbal tea.
Coastal exploration.
One unforgettable setting.

Not your traditional team building company. And that’s exactly the point.

This is what happens when adults get permission to act like kids again. 😂🔥
We took over the historic Grand Galvez in Galveston and turned one of Texas’ most iconic hotels into a giant scavenger hunt playground.
Teams raced through challenges, hunted for clues, snapped ridiculous photos, strategized, competed, and laughed their way across the property.
And somewhere along the way, something even better happened…
They connected.
No forced icebreakers.
No awkward networking.
No sitting around a ballroom pretending to have fun.
Just real competition, real laughter, and a shared experience they’ll actually remember.
This is team building the Wild Rooster way. 🐓

ALL children deserve bikes, and thanks to Baylor Scott & White Health we were able to give some beyond deserving children their very first bike!

Talk about pulling on the heartstrings…
This Austin crew brought the energy for one of our charitable Guitar Builds, combining a little healthy competition, a whole lot of laughter, and plenty of teamwork, all powered by our award-winning gamification app.
Teams worked their way through interactive challenges to earn the parts and tools needed to build real guitars, and while the competitive side definitely came out, the bigger purpose never got lost in the fun. At the end of the day, every laugh, every challenge, and every guitar built was all about giving back and making an impact.
And with Spider-Man having a record-breaking opening week, the timing felt pretty fitting: with great power comes great responsibility.
Heart strings. Team spirit. A great cause. And another reminder that doing good can be a whole lot of fun.

Another incredible CSR event in the books!

This amazing group came together in California to build, paint, and decorate one-of-a-kind birdhouse, all while connecting, getting creative, and making a positive impact. From bold colors and clever designs to plenty of teamwork and laughter, every birdhouse reflected the energy and personality of the team behind it.
It was the perfect combination of creativity, collaboration, and purpose, and another great reminder that team building can do more than bring people together…it can also give back!
A huge thank-you to everyone who helped make this experience such a success. Together, we built more than birdhouses, we created memories and made a difference!
