Part of our four-part culinary demonstration series, this class brings us to Italy for an evening dedicated to the art of rigatoni. Chef Adam O’Hara will take you behind the process of making handmade pasta before sitting down to a three-course meal inspired by Italy.

Introducing The Art of Noodles, a four-part culinary demonstration series featuring Chef Adam O’Hara.

Travel from Italy to China, Vietnam, and Japan as we explore the traditions, techniques, and stories behind some of the world’s most beloved noodles. Each evening includes a live demonstration, three-course dinner, and recipe cards to take home.

September 10 • Italy - Rigatoni
September 24 • China - Hand-Pulled Noodles
October 8 • Vietnam - Rice Noodles
October 22 • Japan - Soba Noodles
