🔥 FRIDAY BBQ UPDATE — RIBS, TWINKIES & CHILI WEATHER 🔥

Central Oregon is keeping things cool and cloudy today, and honestly… that sounds like pretty damn good barbecue weather to us. 😂

We’re keeping an eye on the weather this afternoon, but either way the smoker is doing its job.

Because it’s FRIDAY, which means…

Our ribs start with Prairie Fresh Natural St. Louis ribs, seasoned and smoked over a real wood fire until they’re right.

We’re making ours with 100% brisket — fresh-ground brisket for that deep, rich base and chopped smoked brisket for texture.

THURSDAY BBQ UPDATE

🌶️🔥 52° AND CLOUDY THIS MORNING? YEAH… WE’RE TALKING CHILI AGAIN.

Central Oregon apparently decided it was done with summer for a minute, and we’re not complaining.

Because this is Texas Red weather. 💯

And when we say Texas Red, ours starts with one thing:

100% BRISKET.

We use fresh-ground brisket to build that deep, beefy base, then add chopped smoked brisket for another layer of flavor and texture.

Two completely different textures.
One beef.

All brisket. 🔥🌶️

No boring ground beef chili around here.

Of course, the rest of the weekday lineup is ready too:
