Grounded, reliable, and ruled by Venus… which explains his love of flavor and his perfectly timed humor. Ta**us energy is steady and indulgent — the kind of chef who builds depth, trusts the process, and somehow keeps us laughing through service.

♐️ Dan — The Sagittarius
Our newest addition and already bringing bold fire-sign energy. Sagittarius is adventurous, curious, and unafraid of big flavor. Dan’s dishes explore, experiment, and aim high — exactly what you want from a rising culinary star.

♊️ Rich — The Gemini
Our Head Chef and resident visionary. Gemini is dynamic, quick-thinking, and endlessly creative — a natural leader in a kitchen where timing is everything. Rich balances precision and imagination, turning ideas into art on every plate.
