Ideas NW

Remember when I said we had a couple Martinis in a Coat Closet moments on my last live feed when I was in Maui? Well, tune in on Thursday to hear about those moments! You can find us at the following link!

Welcome to the wild ride of corporate event planning, where the spreadsheets are perfect, the centerpieces sometimes catch fire, and the martinis are best enjoyed in a coat closet when the chaos finally ends. Join Stacy Ringer and the Ideas NW crew as they spill the tea (and sometimes the vodka) on....

We started our opening reception and general session kick off the only way that felt right.. with authentic Hawaiian tradition.

Wherever we go, we honor the place, the people, and the culture. In Hawaiʻi, that means embracing the spirit of aloha and ʻohana. Nothing we create is staged. Every experience is thoughtfully designed to reflect our clients, their story, and the destination we’re privileged to be in.

This kickoff had it all! Hawaiian chants, the call of the conch shells, incredible hula dancers, an unforgettable and a jaw-dropping video mapping experience that transformed the room.

Check out the few photos from last night, and don’t miss the video from opening the conference, you’ll want to experience this one for yourself.

Today is go time! Stuffing bags, arranging an interactive registration experience, making last minute adjustments, putting finishing touches on behind the scenes details to make sure our clients are proud to welcome their attendees! Throw in a 2 mile beach walk this morning with waves crashing, sunshine and tropical scents… it’s going to be a Nani Loa day!

Summer is keeping us on the move…

From producing conferences and scouting new destinations across the U.S. and Canada to supporting hometown favorites like the Puyallup Rodeo and SIP Fall, we’re grateful to do what we love while staying connected to the communities we serve.

It’s a busy season, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Here’s to meaningful partnerships, memorable experiences, and a summer full of great work 🍸

Our team worked alongside Puyallup Main Street Association last week to host Puyallup Meeker Days Festival . We kicked off the event with our Meeker Mixer - a chance for our sponsors and local businesses to meet and collaborate. Thank you CHAOS + CO. for opening your business to us and Wicked Pie Pizza for catering.

Festivals. Conventions. Corporate Events. I came up with a new word for all of this and added chaos, Chaospitality😉 Can our event planner and hotel sales friends relate? We become planners, negotiators, problem solvers and therapists too. We couldn’t live in a world without each other which means events will always be a part of our lives! This gives us job security and gray hair! Where are we off to next?
