Here you have it, the long-awaited Chef Sam appreciation post.

EMC’s Executive Chef Sam McNutt joined us back in January, and he couldn’t have been a better fit for our team.

His food is phenomenal. His presentation is thoughtful. His energy is infectious. His jokes are hilarious (mostly). And his commitment is unmatched.

We had our best summer yet, and it wouldn’t have happened without him. Thank you, Chef! Samuel McNutt

Is now a good time to mention that I’m out of storage? 😅

Site visits like this are definitely one of the perks of the job! Exploring new island destinations, seeing the planning process come together from start to finish, and taking time to enjoy the surrounding Midcoast towns — no better way to spend a summer Friday.

Authentic. Local. Delicious.

There couldn’t be a more perfect way to kick off summer weekends in Old Orchard Beach than an elevated, fresh, private chef menu from with steak crostinis, lobster strudel, panzanella, steamers, short rib osso buco, and halibut.

With live chef entertainment for the kids and signature cocktail making for the adults - we’ve got fun for the whole family!
