Bringing Italian-inspired cuisine to Central Wisconsin, our mobile restaurant delivers fresh, high-quality meals and unforgettable catering for any special event! Basil is one of our favorite herbs to use in the kitchen, especially sweet basil. Its flavor and aroma adds a unique taste to any dish. Although its preferred not to let it flower, with its delicate form, it looks lovely once it does. As much as we love basil, our name isn't solely to represent the herb. Purple just happens to be Carolina's favorite color as well as it holds a deeper significance to her. Purple is international recognized as a symbol of women, their achievements gained and those yet to come.

We were delighted to celebrate with them and their guests yesterday at Create Portage, providing a beautiful for cocktail hour followed by dinner service!

It featured:
Fresh farmer’s market vegetables & tomatoes
Neuske’s bacon
Fresh sliced cheese
Vinaigrette & Dill dip made from scratch
