We will be closed Monday, March 16th. We want to ensure the safety of our staff & keep them off the roads. This will not interfere with any events you have schedule with us on Tuesday & our office staff will be able to assist with any correspondence sent in a timely manor.

Additionally, a huge shoutout to JD Haehnlein for making sure if our Monday events were still happening, we could still cater without having to digging our way in/out of our facility in order to do so!

A little late, but last week Andrew & I had the pleasure of being evaluators again for the 2025 FCCLA State Leadership Conference in the Dells! We truly enjoy being a part of the culinary side of these competitive events. Congrats to all the students who will be moving on to Nationals!

We would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays! Our facility will be closed (but dont worry if you have any catering events booked, we will be there) until Monday, December 30th to give our employees time off to spend with their families! Thank you all so much for understanding and we will get back to you once our office staff return.
