One of the most common questions we get from couples and their guests is: “Where can we stay nearby?”

The great news is you have options! Copperfield Terrace is conveniently located about the same distance from Winona, Rochester, and Wabasha—so whether you prefer a hotel stay or want to explore a nearby town, it truly is a “horse apiece” when it comes to choosing your lodging.

Looking for something a little more close-to-home (and a little more fun)? We also offer on-site accommodations for guests who enjoy camping! We have a vacant lot available where campers and tents are welcome. It’s a great way to keep the celebration going and stay just steps away from the venue.

A few things to note:
• Minimal overnight fee (easy payment via QR code located at the end of our driveway)
• No utility hookups available
• Generators are welcome

We love being able to offer flexible options to make your wedding weekend as easy and enjoyable as possible—for you and your guests!

✨ A little reintroduction…

I wanted to take a minute to reintroduce myself and my family to the new(er) ones on our page— Copperfield Terrace is about as homegrown as it gets.

We are a family-run business in every sense of the word.
No employees. No big team. Just us.

My family has been a part of this from the very beginning building this venue from ground up and everyone plays a role.

I’m the one who handles all of the business side of things—answering emails, calls, and texts, providing tours, and being the face you’ll see checking in throughout your event to make sure everything is running smoothly and that you’re having the experience you deserve.

Between myself and my kids, they play a huge role in the functionality of this venue. With my type A personality and a strong belief in leading by example, I’ve built this business in a way that also teaches my children the value of hard work. They are right there alongside me.

After every event, they help with it all—cleaning bathrooms, replacing trash bags, vacuuming floors, mowing the lawn, w**d whacking—doing whatever needs to be done to reset and prepare for the next event.

Because around here, we believe first impressions leave lasting impressions.

The story of Copperfield Terrace didn’t begin with blueprints… it began with a simple hot tub conversation 💭

What once was a blank slate—a field and a vision—slowly transformed into something so much more. With my husband’s incredible building talent and my passion for dreaming, designing, and doing the homework behind it all, Copperfield Terrace came to life exactly as we imagined.
