Modern, Simple Elegance with Small-Town Charm: Copperfield Terrace offers simple elegance, a unique blend of sophistication and warmth, perfect for your celebration.

Three-Day Weekend Rental (Fri–Sun): $6,100 ($6,500 for 2027) Set up the space on Friday, celebrate Saturday, and return on Sunday for clean up to return venue to original condition.

Ceremony Options: Choose between an indoor or outdoor ceremony, both accommodating up to 140 guests or opportunity for more with creativity.

Grooms Dinner: You’re welcome to host your grooms’ dinner at the venue. Please note, you’ll be responsible for clean-up to ensure the space is ready for your wedding day.

Seating: and Amenities: The ballroom seats up to 320 guests and includes 8ft rectangular tables, chairs, white or black table linens, and additional complimentary items

Entertainment Features: Bluetooth sound system, two wireless microphones, and two large garage doors that open to an outdoor patio with seating, games, and a fire pit

Bridal suite & grooms room: A beautifully designed bridal suite with a makeup counter for four, LED-lit mirrors, and a private half bath.

Vendor Flexibility: We allow you to choose your own vendors, including caterers, so you can tailor your event to your taste and budget

Exclusive liquor provider: TJ's Tavern is our exclusive liquor license caterer, offering a cash bar and options for complimentary drinks. Set-up fee required for their services.

Parking & Accessibility: We offer ample parking for over 120 vehicles and are fully handicapped accessible.

Event Insurance Required: A standard policy is necessary for your event.

Booking Details: A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to the event. Cash, cashiers check, or credit card accepted (additional 3% fee)

I am truly overwhelmed by the turnout and support at our Wedding Décor Resale Market — what an incredible day! A huge thank you to all who came out to shop, and an extra special thank you to all of the participants who brought their items to resell. Copperfield Terrace certainly set the stage for what has proven to be a hit event, and I’m already looking forward to hosting it again.

This is a biannual event, held each spring and fall, so stay tuned for updates on our next Spring Wedding Décor Resale Market.
