Leading off with this photo for many reasons.

This image was taken in downtown Boston (my hometown) a few weeks, I drove from the Berkshires, to pick up a dear friend of 20 years who was doing a very human thing, she was cheering on survivors and walkers for breast cancer and then traveling cross country via planes, trains and automobiles to visit her dear friends, people, humans.

1) It’s a relic of the past, in a city where my past is deeply rooted, and our country’s history is, a beginning and an ending.

2) we at Wander have been quiet, less events, less posts, a newsletter hasn’t gone out since June?!!

It’s a reminder to me, I need to start writing, start connecting more, to actually pick up the phone and call my people, humans humans humans…this is a wake up call!!

3) we need to connect more, in community, in physical, tangible ways. Do the things AI can’t do, belong.
