The reality of your wedding day truly starts to sink in when your love, your friends, and your family gather to rehearse the night before. Having your planner present in those moments does w o n d e r s for the flow of your big day! As your planner, I will take the lead at your rehearsal, helping everyone understand where they need to be, when they need to move, what happens next, and how the ceremony is actually going to flow. The other HUGE benefit to having me there is something you may not think about… Your parents. Your siblings. Your wedding party. Your best friend who has approximately 47 questions. 😂 Your VIPs. Your people. They get to connect with me, put a face and voice to my name, and be -that- much more comfortable with me while we’re in the midst of your wedding celebration!
This keeps me from being a stranger walking into the room and trying to figure out who’s who - I’ll already know your people, and they’ll already know me. So when they need that safety pin, timeline check, or someone to calmly say, “I’ve got it.” they’ll know exactly who to come to. You get to walk into your wedding day knowing there’s someone in your corner who already knows the room AND the people in it.
Your rehearsal should be more than “Okay everyone, let’s practice.” It should be the first step toward a wedding day that feels beautifully, intentionally planned.
