WE’RE NOT FOR EVERYONE.
AND WE’RE FINALLY OKAY WITH THAT. 💜
We recently received our first negative review. And surprisingly, we're even a little grateful for it.
Because it made us realize something important.
The review mentioned that the kids had a great time — but the parents weren't happy.
And while we absolutely care about parents' experiences, it reminded us why we created Secret Neon Place in the first place.
For the kids.
We've noticed something over the years: what parents envision as the perfect birthday party isn't always what their children actually enjoy. Especially once kids turn 7, 8, 9, and start having their own ideas about what's fun.
We know parents are the ones planning and paying for the party. And their experience matters to us, too.
But our biggest priority will always be the kids having an amazing time.
We're a small, private venue designed for up to 20 kids(max).
Our concept is simple: kids get their own space to play, compete, laugh, and be themselves, while parents can relax nearby.
We're not perfect. Sometimes things don't go as planned. Sometimes trying to accommodate every special request makes things more complicated than they should be.
And we're learning from that.
We're learning to be clearer about what we offer, what we do best, and who we're the right fit for.
Because at the end of the day, we believe the best birthday party isn't necessarily the one that looks perfect to the adults.
It's the one the birthday kid loved .
