🔥 Welcome to Fall Creek BBQ

This started with a brisket.

I made one for family, asked for genuine feedback, and heard something that stuck with me:

“This is something we would pay for.”

That started an idea.

Fall Creek BBQ is a new small-batch barbecue concept rooted here in Central Indiana. We’re starting intentionally—with limited tasting events, occasional brisket drops, local pop-ups, and a commitment to improving with every cook.

This isn’t a restaurant. There aren’t regular hours, a giant menu, or hundreds of plates waiting under heat lamps.

For now, we’ll announce a cook, make a limited amount, and serve it until it’s gone.

This weekend, some of our neighbors will be among the first to try our smoked brisket and smoked mac & cheese. Their honest feedback will help shape what comes next.
