Frankie's Waffle Pops is creating a new item. We take our time when creating new items to make sure it's perfect before it gets on the menu. We test batters, cooking times, best way to serve it, etc. All those things take time to perfect and tweek. I had Waffle Pops in the test kitchen for 3 years before I decided to launch it and even then it was and is still being tweaked a bit here and there. Anyway, the new product in the test kitchen is "WACHOS". Waffle Nachos.

We have been in the test kitchen today. A seasonal flavor will launch at the Fall Creek Heritage Fair. BEHOLD......Pumpkin Pie!
A pumpkin flavored waffle pop with cream cheese drizzle topped with whipped cream, pecans and nutmeg sprinkle.

We have decided to set up at the Fall Creek Heritage Fair. Here is the new menu choices. We may also be adding fall seasonal flavors like smores and Carmel apple. Still working on those. 🤪

We made our debut at the Anderson Gaslight Festival and got lots of positive feedback. We still have some serving kinks to work out but no major changes. We plan on introducing seasonal flavors and incorporating some fresh fruit toppings. We want to thank everyone who supported us. We are still unsure if we are going to set up again at the Pendleton Fall Creek Heritage Fair but we will be available for catering events such as birthdays, weddings, open houses etc. Thank you all!

Frankie's Waffle Pops is set to debut this season at the Anderson Gaslight Festival!!! A menu small menu of flavors will be announced at a later date.
