Tonight was a beautiful tribute to a remarkable legacy.
Honoring Mary Chamberlin, founding President of the Monterey Bay Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier, this evening reflected her deep love for community, food, and hospitality—values that continue to inspire so many.
Guests were treated to four of her signature soups from The Traveling Soup Pot, thoughtfully prepared by fellow Dames, alongside stunning charcuterie boards and desserts that brought everyone together around the table—just as she always intended.
This special fundraiser also marked the inauguration of a scholarship in her name, ensuring her passion for mentorship and culinary excellence will live on for generations to come.
I am grateful to have been part of such a meaningful evening at Lover’s Point Events, set against the beauty of Lover’s Point in Pacific Grove, and graciously hosted by Tamie Aceves .
A night to remember. A legacy that endures. 🤍
