This is our Salinas Valley Baby Greens Salad, which we served at a Gardener Ranch wedding: shaved fennel, radish, and fresh strawberry served with a strawberry green peppercorn vinaigrette and goat cheese fromage blanc in a crisp, almond-dusted lace French baguette.
