Class is Monday, Wednesday, Fridays from 8:30-9:45 am!

- Cycling with THE Bill Carlson - Wednesdays @ 5:30 am
- Brunch Crunch - Mon/Wed/Fri @ 10 am
- TRX Bands/Gravity & Grind - Tuesdays @ 5:30 pm, Thursdays @ 5:30 am
- Water Well-Being - Thursdays @ 8:30 am
- Poolside Yoga - Thursdays @ 11:45 am
