Today we remember and honor all those that have died for the cause of Freedom. We also remember family and friends who have finished their earthly journey and left us with cherished memories.

A moment spent today reflecting on all the young lives cut short by conflict and war surely puts perspective on the beauty and peace we enjoy today in this great nation. The dreams, the aspirations, the happy times, the families not made, all sacrificed for us that we might enjoy this day.

Then the veterans that served and lived life with physical injuries and emotional scars that pushed forward through life building and serving in all walks of life and are now deceased.

We are humbled and forever grateful to ALL.

One of the services we offer each year is to place memorial flowers at grave sites for families that live out of town. We are glad to be able to help honor and remember.

We truly live in the greatest nation and have so much to be thankful for.

Enjoy and cherish the memories made this day and every day.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the Moms.

Enjoy this special day of recognition and remembrance for ALL that you have done and continue to do for us!

The final Designer of the Day is of course, Linda. Her vision, skill, and leadership in forming and coaching the team that IS Osage Floral & Gifts is evident throughout the business.

Even though I write this as her husband, I see the picture of the successful businesswoman that she has become. How over the past eight years she has made a positive impact in the lives of everyone that is touched by the beautiful flowers, kind words, sharing of ideas, and genuine care that flows naturally in her daily life.

Sharla started working for us for over a year. She does a great job helping customers, taking orders, organizing, pricing, and adds a lot of cheer to the business. She also has a good eye for floral design and continues to build her skills in that area.

We want to also thank Dick and Lowell for helping deliver.

We are blessed.

We want to introduce all of our staff because everyone is important for the success of our shop. So today we are featuring two employees.

Designer of the Day is Karah!

Karah has been part of our team since we opened back in 2018. She is a Floral School graduate with years of experience. Whether it's arrangements for birthday celebrations, get well wishes or specialty work for funeral and sympathy needs as well as weddings, Karah can do it all.

Here Karah is pictured with one the many arrangements she made today. It's bold and beautiful and priced at around $125.

Emily is pictured with a floral arrangement from the display cooler. She has been with us for almost two years and does a lot of clerking and phone work as well as checking in product, pricing, and organizing deliveries. Emily is beginning to do some floral design and does have a keen eye for colors and design.

We are grateful for their work and the dedication they have to the business and for caring for customer needs!

Thought we'd have a little fun and introduce our designers again!

Amber has been with us going on three years. Starting in the clerk role she began to do some design work to help during busy times. She has since grown into a very creative designer working with Linda and Karah to develop "her style". Everyone here wears "all the hats" including; flower prep, clerking, taking phone orders, designing, merchandise display, cleanup and even taking deliveries.

The mixed dozen roses shown are $91. We have currently have several color combinations available and can also do single color dozens and half-dozens.

The additional arrangements shown are currently in the display cooler but will be changing rapidly over the next few days.

Wow! It's Mother's Day week already! A perfect way to show mom your love and gratitude is with a beautiful fresh arrangement from Osage Floral & Gifts!

We have two featured designs this year for Mother's Day. The first one pictured is Springtime Garden. The Deluxe version shown here is priced at $55 and is available in the Standard version at $45 or Premium with two roses at $65.

Of course, we have a nice selection of premium roses in several colors. Some colors will sell out so order early if you have a specific color in mind. Or, chose a mixed color dozen or half dozen all professionally designed.

Many customers choose our Designer's Choice option that allows our designers to create something unique at the price point you prefer.

If Mom would prefer something for the patio or deck, we have our gorgeous Premium 12" Geranium Baskets in several colors to choose from.

We will be delivering throughout Mitchell County so we appreciate ordering as early as possible so we can better plan the routes for our drivers.

We will be open until 4pm on Saturday May 9th.

Mother's Day May 10th our hours will be from 10am to 1pm.

Valentine's Day is Saturday February 14th! Send your love with beautiful flowers from Osage Floral and Gifts!! We'll have three delivery persons on the road delivering on Friday and Saturday throughout Mitchell County.

This year Linda and the ladies have designed two NEW Valentine Specials in addition to our traditional premium roses and other beautifully designed arrangements.

The first one shown is "Hearts Delight". The second one is appropriately called "Light my Fire".

We also have our Special Milkhouse "Raspberry Lane" as well as most other scents available. Abdallah Chocolates and Balloons are also available to add a little something extra!!
