Day-of Coordination for this sweet bride is officially in the books! We are still smiling from this perfect day!
So, what does Day-of Coordination actually look like?
It includes at least two planning meetings, a detailed itinerary and timeline for both the rehearsal and wedding day, vendor communication, and directing the ceremony and reception to help everything run smoothly.
At this stage of life, I don’t plan the décor. This beautiful wedding was thoughtfully designed by the bride and her mom! My role is to help place everything where it needs to be and bring their vision to life on wedding day.
My goal is to be so prepared that the bride and her mom rarely have to answer questions once the day begins. They should be able to focus on enjoying the moments they’ve worked so hard to create.
And when unexpected situations arise? We embrace them and find solutions. Years of social work have definitely prepared me for that part of the job!
