The table is set, and tomorrow night we gather in Oklahoma City for another Listening-Table dinner.

I don’t take it lightly that 40 people chose to spend their evening with us. There are a lot of ways people can spend a Thursday night, and we’re grateful they chose this one.

Big thanks to Chef Andrew Black, Dave Wood, Steve Sneed, and Tanner Usrey for helping us create a night centered around good food, great music, and real conversation.

To everyone joining us tomorrow, thank you for believing in this idea and helping us build this community one table at a time.

Something special is happening around the table. 🍽️

The Listening-Table is a traveling supper club built for business owners, entrepreneurs, creatives, and music lovers who still believe the best conversations happen face-to-face.

Our next stop is Bentonville.

On August 27, we’re gathering at Compton Gardens for an intimate evening centered around “The Longest Ride,” a theme inspired by Bentonville’s trail culture and the roads, stories, and people that shape us along the way.

We’re honored to welcome Chancey Williams to the table. Chancey isn’t just a musician. He’s a storyteller shaped by rodeo arenas, long highways, small towns, and the kind of life experiences that make people lean in a little closer when the music starts.

The evening will include:
• A multi-course dinner, Chef TBA soon!
• Paired cocktails and wine
• Featured brands and the stories that built them
• Shared tables designed to spark connection
• Live Americana music and the stories behind the songs

Some guests will arrive knowing each other.

The Listening-Table has always been about giving artists a space to tell their stories, not headlines, not noise, the real story.

We don’t pretend to know everything, and we don’t condone bad decisions.

But we do believe in conversation, context, and second chances.

A table can be where strangers become familiar.
Where stories are remembered.

Where someone feels less alone than they did an hour before.

At The Listening Table, we gather around music, but what we’re really making room for is presence.

In a culture that pushes speed, performance, and surface-level interaction, sitting down together is almost radical.

This is not about filling time.
It’s about filling a human need.
