The One Ten Legacy Fund’s mission is rooted in supporting young people in hospitality, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. We believe in investing in the people and initiatives that strengthen the fabric of our community. That is why we are incredibly proud to support Project SEARCH—a transformative one-year adult transition program for students with disabilities. By providing a blend of classroom instruction and immersive, year-long internships, they empower young adults between the ages of 18 and 24 to gain the skills needed for competitive community employment.

Each semester, factor 110 helps these determined individuals gain independence, develop professional skills in fields ranging from hospitality to office assistance, and achieve their vocational goals as they transition into valued members of the workforce.

Supporting Project SEARCH is an investment in a more inclusive and capable workforce for all of us. We are so proud of these student interns and can’t wait to see the difference they make in our world!
