Every great event has a team behind it—and Kerbin is an important part of ours.

Kerbin first joined factor 110 through PROJECT SEARCH, a program that creates workplace experiences and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. After completing the program, he officially joined our warehouse team and has become a steady hand in our dish department, helping make sure our teams have what they need to deliver event after event.

Kerbin shows up, works hard, and takes pride in what he does. We’re proud he chose to make factor 110 part of his story—and even more grateful that he’s become part of ours.

Every year, we're honored to partner with Oklahoma CareerTech to produce the Oklahoma Summit. For three members of our team, though, this event is more than another production—it's a chance to return to the organization that helped launch their careers.

Grayson Hayes, a broadcast & video production graduate of Francis Tuttle Technology Center, now serves as the event's lighting designer, creating the visual experience that brings the stage to life.

Laura Morgan, a former FBLA state and national officer, oversees event management, including the show's script, creative design, and calling the production.

Brian Ferrell, also a former FBLA state and national officer, serves as Founder + CEO of factor 110 and overseeing stage management and working with the CTSO student leaders.

CareerTech has long been committed to preparing Oklahomans through hands-on learning and real-world experiences. Watching our own team come full circle—from students to professionals helping create one of Oklahoma's premier education events—is a powerful reminder that investing in people creates lasting impact.

Originally from Virginia, Sonja is currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations with a focus on event management, bringing a strong foundation in communication, creativity, and client service to the factor 110 team.
