Hello all, we have just nicknamed our food truck “Jack” rabbit. We have repurposed an original old surplus practice bomb with our Torpedo Burrito menu item with all the ingredients on it. Are you ready for the Torpedo Burrito challenge. What’s in a Torpedo Burrito? Glad you asked , Seasoned carne asada, french fries, lettuce, fresh salsa, Monterrey jack cheese, black rabbit sauce, and our sour cream on a freshly made tortilla. It would make a cool photo opportunity standing next to the silver torpedo. We are getting ready! Just made our door sign from a repurposed old copper sign and put our logo on it. There is something cool about marriage of old to new. We have submitted our plans to the health department and are awaiting final approval for a health permit.
