🎀 November was an incredible month for our agency as we kicked off the holiday themed booking season! Our nationwide talent enjoyed an unprecedented number of event bookings throughout all our major markets!

💕 While it’s impossible for us to a pick a favorite from so many beautifully executed experiential events, conferences and hospitality bookings, the recent x takeover in New York City was a major standout!

LoveShackFancy and Stanley partnered to create a frosty takeover of Rockefeller Center in celebration of their 2025 Holiday Capsule Collection. This pop-up, celebrating the collection, giving consumers early access to the collection and unique brand
experiences.

Brand Models Inderia, Rowan, Emily, Clemeteen, Julia and Maria handled with line management, sample handouts, consumer interactions and directing guests through the space. The visuals were stunning, our client was a dream to work with and our talent shone so brightly! So. Much. Fun. 🤩

📣 Our team of ten fab BAs were booked to run a Nike pop-up with Doechii Swamp Retail at University of South Florida before the concert. Our talent handled the duties of waiver signing, photography, POS, BOH retail organizer & runners.

Breakdown: Our client is booking outgoing Brand Models for an upcoming collaborative product launch event with a popular fashion and drink-wear brand this Sunday.

Responsibilities include:

-Distribute menu cards with QR codes to the product landing page

-Learn and speak to key product talking points; answer guest questions

-Maintain a cheerful, energetic, calming presence; set the vibe in long lines

-Help with basic crowd flow at top/bottom of line and within the activation area

New York, NY: Our agency recently had the honor of providing 24 Brand Ambassadors for the AiWeiWei Art Installation opening at Four Freedoms Park on Roosevelt Island. Our team assisted as golf cart drivers, guest check in concierges, parking attendants, room hosts and general event support.

Ai Weiwei is a Chinese artist and activist who produced a multifaceted array of creative work, including sculptural installations, architectural projects, photographs, and videos. While Ai’s art was lauded internationally, the frequently provocative and subversive dimension of his art, as well as his political outspokenness, triggered various forms of repression from Chinese authorities.

Our Chicago BA’s Mera and Rosy brough the endurance to the pre-event expo for the Chicago marathon earlier this month! Repping ON Running, our team assisted consumers with trying out the Swiss performance running shoes and gear. After signing up for a pre-run, consumers got to give the brand a try and test it out, then enjoy a mobile sauna truck with a cold plunge in Lake Michigan. This activation was a memorable event and one our team had a blast managing!

Our conference and trade show staffing vertical has seen exponential growth over the past two years, thanks to our account and booking manager’s hard work and onsite interfacing and management.

The Global Investor Conference in Washington DC earlier this month was another excellent performance from 32 of from our highly professional, punctual and experienced conference staffing teams from the this market. This three day, esteemed conference hosted by the Carlyle Group required our best and brightest who were booked to fulfill positions ranging from Supervisors and Special Support to Registration and Wayfinding teams. Our staffing rate was 100%, as was our Client satisfaction feedback!

Our NYC Talent helped “Make Every Day Grand” at Summer Streets 2025 at the Grand Lawn events all month!
 
Special thanks to Erika, Cameron, Malik, Anastacia, and Abigail who handled their tasks of greeting and engaging guests, promoting social media sign-ups, distributing giveaways, managing lines and crowd flow, hyping up the games, encouraging participation in salsa dancing, and assisting with clean-up like professionals. It was a pleasure to be part of one of NYC’s most memorable Summer events, three weekend’s in a row!

MEET BELLA: A people-person through and through, Bella brings her vibrant energy, heart, and strong sense of purpose to our agency! Bella, who comes from a theater background, worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, then spent a year in tech recruitment sharpening her relationship-building, talent spotting and problem-solving skills before finding her place with eye5. As a Senior Account Manager, Bella builds authentic relationships and creates strong systems while leading with compassion and forming real connections with talent and clients.

Bella comes from a big Greek American family. Her three sisters are her world and her most cherished title is “Tia Bella” to her niece and nephew. A major transformative event for Bella was embarking on a six-month solo adventure through five countries in Latin America, an experience that deepened her love for culture, growth, and human connection. 🇲🇽 🇬🇹 🇨🇴 🇪🇨 🇵🇪
