Attended a tasting today , and I was blown away!

The colors. The pairings. The flavors. Oh my!

Each dish was beautifully presented, with thoughtful combinations that tasted every bit as good as they looked.

No crumbs were left behind. 🍽️

Some spaces make you stop and look up. The Registry Room on Ellis Island is one of them.

History, beauty, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences...all under one extraordinary ceiling.

Can you picture your next event here?

250 Years Anniversary 2026

Today we had the pleasure of attending the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new dock at Liberty State Park!

A new dock, four slips, and so many adventures ahead! Visiting the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island from Liberty State Park just got a whole lot easier! 🗽

As for the old barge, it has a new chapter of its own. It was meticulously cleaned, cut into sections, and transported to the Sea Girt Artificial Reef to become a habitat for marine life. How cool is that?!

A BIG congratulations to everyone who helped make it happen!

Destination: 🗽 Liberty Island • New York

The Awards brought an evening of endless selfies with Lady Liberty, awards presented, & food and drinks shared.

But the BEST part was seeing the joy and gratitude on the guests’ faces as they stood beside the Statue of Liberty. Watching them pause, look up, and soak it all in is something that never gets old for us & will always be our favorite part of the event.

Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience

The Stairs of Separation, located just off the Registry Room, were among the final steps immigrants took after completing the inspection process.

You can still see the wear in the steps left behind by the millions of immigrants who once walked down them, each heading toward an uncertain but hopeful new journey.

For some, these stairs led to family and a new life in America. For others, they led to further inspection, the next leg of their journey, and for some, the heartbreaking trip back home after being denied entry.

So much history.

The soaring ceilings, historic architecture, arched windows, and incredible natural light create a setting that feels warm, grand, and completely unforgettable.

The kind of beauty that stays with you long after you leave.
