WOW, it has been a wonderful 24-hours at the 2020 Executive Women in Leadership Conference!

EWIL kicked off last night with a beautiful welcome reception in the Orchid Foyer. This year's conference theme is 'My Story'. We created a colorful bohemian tablescape for the evening, which included an assortment of florals, candles, lanterns, and vintage books to keep with the theme, along with inspirational quotes from women leaders. As for social distance, we utilized 72" rounds ( PRE-COVID: 10-12 people/ per round), three guests per table with 6 ft distance, between each seat. Even though there was distance, it led itself to intimate and genuine conversations. Conversations you wouldn't normally have at a table of 8-10 people.💛

Today, we unveiled the gorgeous general session setup in Vista Ballroom, where we had the opportunity to listen to Glennon Doyle author of Untamed, as well as participate in an interactive session with . Each attendee had their own seat and side table, 6ft of distance between each chair. We can't get enough of the stage and bohemian lounges setup around the room!! 🙌

Thank you Naples Grande and Associated Luxury Hotels International for allowing us the opportunity to collaborate on an incredible event, especially during a time of such uncertainty within our industry. Everything was thoughtfully designed and executed to keep attendees safe. We're excited to keep the momentum going as we move into this new normal of social distanced events.
