☮️🌼 GROOVY TIMES AHEAD 🌼☮️

Last week, Summerfest's Big Gig Dress Rehearsal transformed Potawatomi Hotel & Casino into a vibrant celebration of peace, love, and music with this year's theme, Summer of Love.

From the larger-than-life stage and colorful lounges to a vintage VW bus, custom installations, and the playful Summer of Love Optical Co., every detail was designed to bring smiles, spark memories, and remind us why Summerfest remains Milwaukee's most beloved tradition.

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team at Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. and everyone who helped bring this joyful vision to life.☀️🎶❤️

JUNGLE REVERIE 🌴✨

There are events, and then there are experiences that completely transport people.

For the final evening celebration at Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, we transformed a secluded dirt road deep within the jungle into a fully immersive dining and nightlife experience, marking the first time the resort had ever hosted an event in that location.

Over the course of 3 days, what began as an untouched jungle pathway became a completely built environment featuring flooring, transition paths, hidden infrastructure, a dramatic long dining table for 45 guests, and a surprise club/lounge concealed within the trees until its reveal after dinner.

Be sure to swipe through the gallery to see the before-and-after transformation. It’s hard to believe this was once simply a dirt road hidden in the jungle!

One guest commented, "I couldn’t believe it when we pulled up. Amazing backdrop for our final evening! It’s the kind of experience people will be talking about for years!”

Seeing guests completely immersed in the environment, surrounded by jungle, candlelight, performance, music, and energy, was one of those magical reminders of why I love what I do.

One of my favorite parts of designing incentive travel experiences is finding unexpected ways to bring people together.

For this movie night at Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, we transformed the lawn into an open-air cinema experience under the stars, complete with colorful cocktails, made-to-order food stations, movie snacks, oversized lounge seating, and Disney's Encanto playing against the jungle backdrop.

What made the evening especially meaningful was how naturally the message of the film connected to the purpose of the trip: celebrating individuality, connection, family, and the unique role each person plays within a larger community.

Experiences like this go beyond entertainment. They create shared memories, strengthen team spirit, and reinforce culture in a way that feels authentic, joyful, and lasting.

Proud to have designed and produced this evening for an incredible group in one of the most beautiful settings imaginable.

There’s something special about that first night when the air is warm, the ocean is just steps away, and and the energy of the place starts to take hold.

Producing Brisa Tamarindo at Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México was a dream! It was an oceanfront welcome set against the coast of joy, where guests gathered beneath the palms for an evening of music, vibrant flavors, and effortless connection.

From the soft sounds of the harp drifting through the lawn, to the golden glow of sunset over the Pacific, every detail was intentionally crafted to reflect the rhythm, beauty, and hospitality of this extraordinary place.

Hope is louder when we shine together.

For 13 years, Hope Shining Blue has brought our community together on Denim Day to honor the courage, resilience, and strength of survivors of sexual and domestic violence, while raising critical funds to support them in times of crisis.

Through this event, we help ensure that anyone seeking help from Aurora Healing & Advocacy Services receives vital, cost-free support when they need it most.

This year’s theme, Stand In The Light, came to life in the most powerful way. Survivors stood in their truth. Supporters stood beside them. And together, we created a space filled with connection, joy, and purpose — where hope was not only felt, but seen.💙
