Meet Classy! 💙

Classy Azul is a two-year-old in training by Frosted out of Curlabella, and the first foal we bred using a stallion outside the Mid-Atlantic region. Thanks to a good friend’s generous gift of a breeding season to Frosted, we had the opportunity to make this special pairing possible.

We have high hopes for Classy Azul and hope he will help carry on Frosted’s legacy following his passing earlier this year. Whatever lies ahead, Classy Azul already has a meaningful story to tell—one rooted in the friendship and generosity that brought his sire and dam together.

Fun fact: His name is a nod to Clase Azul tequila, a favorite of Kim’s husband and sons. We look forward to celebrating his first win by ringing the bell atop the tequila bottle! 🍾

We were thrilled to be a part of the inaugural Triple Crown Thoroughbred Hunter Derby Series! What a year it has been from Upperville to Warrenton to the final class last night at Middleburg Classic, the Thoroughbreds showcased themselves and their ability around a great course under the setting sun. So excited for next year. Shout out to the USHJA Thoroughbred Task Force, the sponsors across all three events, and especially the riders and their Thoroughbreds!

Congrats to Sue Lyman and IFWHIZKYCOULDTALK on taking home the Blue!
