In today’s cooking vlog, we’re bringing together some of our favorite ingredients—all available right here at Vaux Hall Farm Market!

We used our own pasture-raised Vaux Hall Farm chicken, homegrown sweet corn, patty pan squash, and yellow squash, then added incredible flavor with Graza olive oil and salt Island Jerk Seasoning from The Spice Lab.

We cooked it all up at our beautiful South Cottage overlooking the water and paired the finished meal wing a bottle of Chatham Vineyards Steele Reserve Chardonnay.

There’s something special about creating a meal with ingredients grown and raised right here on the farm—enjoying it in one of our waterfront cottages, and pairing it with local flavors.

Employee Spotlight: Meet Tony Ramirez!

At Vaux Hall Farm, there's a lot happening behind the scenes—and Tony Ramirez is at the heart of it all!

As our Livestock Management team member, Tony works tirelessly to care for our farm animals, making sure they're healthy, happy, and well looked after every day. But that's only part of what he does.

Tony is also the one growing many of the fresh vegetables you'll find at our market, including our delicious tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers, pumpkins, string beans, and butternut squash. From planting and nurturing to harvesting, his hard work helps bring fresh, local produce from our fields to your table.

His dedication, knowledge, and passion for farming are a huge part of what makes Vaux Hall Farm so special, and we're incredibly grateful for everything he does.
